Welcome to the MobileLegal Resources section, a curated list of the tools and website links I recommend for assisting with your legal matter.
AnnualCreditReport.com is the only official site authorized by Federal Law to obtain copies of your credit report. I is important to review your credit report regularly to identify early signs of ID theft and errors that may be harming your credit.
If you are the victim of Identity theft you should report it as soon as possible. IdentityTheft.gov helps you report and recover from Identity theft by providing a recovery plan to get you started.
In the state of Florida an individual's criminal records may be sealed or expunged if you meet established criteria. This tool will help you determine if you are eligible. If you need assistance with the application process, contact us today. We charge a low flat fee that covers eligibility review and application if you qualify.
If you have received an eviction summons you need to act quickly to preserve your rights. In Florida, you have only 5 business days to file an "Answer" to the eviction complaint. Failure to do so may result in a default judgment against you (Note: you must also deposit any unpaid rent into the court registry or include a Motion to Determine rent with your Answer). This tool will help you build your Answer by responding to interactive questions.
This tool is another option to assist the Pro Se defendant (representing yourself without an attorney) in responding to an eviction proceeding in court.
