MobileLegal, P.A. is a mobile law firm committed to delivering flexible legal solutions at an affordable cost. We do not have an expensive downtown office and the overhead that goes with it. We call, email, text, Skype, Facebook, tweet, greet and meet our clients on their turf.
From a young age, Nancy unwittingly fought for consumer rights. To her mother's dismay, often debating with store clerks in response to price overcharges; later becoming the go-to person in the family to resolve various consumer issues of their own. It wasn't until later in life when she decided to formalize this natural skill by going to law school in the evening while working fulltime and single-handedly raising a college age son. After passing the bar, Nancy quickly joined a legal aid firm providing free legal services to those who would otherwise have gone without much needed assistance.
Over her years of practice working with legal aid, Attorney Nancy Ellen Roden began to notice the struggles some of her clients experienced in trying to get to the office. Whether it was mobility issues, lack of transportation, not having the time or simply discomfort with the idea of visiting a big stuffy law firm, coming to an office was not convenient for many. Nancy decided it was time to revise what a law firm should be. In January 2020 MobileLegal was born and we bring our services to you.
